The total value of the world’s top 100 most valuable brands, according to Kantar BrandZ, grew by 20% in 2024, marking a significant improvement after last year’s stock market crash. This information comes from the company that released the Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands 2024 ranking.
The valuation of Apple, the most valuable brand, reached $1.015 trillion, up from $880 billion last year.
Apple has become the most valuable brand in the world for the third consecutive year and is the first brand to surpass a value of $1 trillion. Google ($753.5 billion), Microsoft ($712.9 billion), Amazon ($576.6 billion), and McDonald’s ($221.9 billion) round out the top five. NVIDIA (#6; $201.8 billion) climbed 18 positions, showing the highest brand value growth at 178%.
Five newcomers entered the top 100 brands. Among the categories, the business technology and services platforms sector grew the fastest, with a total value increase of 45%, partly due to the AI frenzy.
